Czech Republic-Brno: Instruments for measuring electrical quantities
The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for low temperature electrical characterisation, in particular, of semiconductor materials. The device is designed to measure contacted 2D or 3D structures such as sensors, dielectric layers, MEMS elements, etc. The assembly shall include a vacuum two-stage thermally controlled cryostatic module with its own closed cooling circuit of the different stages and a vacuum device. It also contains a magnetic field generator including sources and controls. The device contains four micromanipulators above the sample holder, which shall contain a minimum sample of 25 mm diameter. The entire installation is stored on its own support table. The supply includes a computing station with software to set and monitor cryostat operation – temperatures, sample rotation, magnetic field strength. The delivery will be carried out including installation, commissioning and induction of the operator. Further specifications are set out in the procurement documents.
