Description

As part of the reconstruction of the Haliotis wastewater treatment plant in Nice, a new order authorising the sanitation system will be issued after the application has been examined. The obtaining of this new decree is conditioned, at the request of the State services, by the implementation of a monitoring of the marine environment during the works. An initial state of the marine environment in the area of influence of the discharge of treated effluent was carried out in 2022, prior to the completion of the work. This Framework Agreement concerns the monitoring of the marine environment in the area of influence of the discharge of treated effluent during the duration of the work. An operational phase follow-up will subsequently be carried out but is not included in this Framework Agreement.
