Description

The subject of this framework supply agreement is the supply and delivery of cold-link meals for the school restaurants of the members of the group of orders, as from the start of the school year 2025/2026. The members of the group are the communes of Longnes, Tacoignières and Prunay-le-Temple and the unions SIVOS (Mondreville, Tilly) and SIGEIS (Dammartin-en Serve, Flins-Neuve-Eglise and Montchauvet). This consultation has been carried out according to the formalised procedure in accordance with Articles L2124-1, R2124-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The form of award shall be that of the framework agreement with order forms. No minimum amount. Maximum annual amount of the framework agreement: 200 000 euro(s) excl. tax
