Description

Deutsche Bundesbank beabsichtigt auf dem Grundstück Am Sandwerder 29/31 in Berlin-Wannsee Baumaßnahmen. Dabei sollen das in den letzten Jahrzehnten genutzte Gästehaus und Parkareal um ein Seminargebäude ergänzt, das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gästehaus sowie ein in Wannseenähe gelegenes Bootshaus mit angrenzenden Parkflächen denkmalgerecht instandgesetzt und saniert werden. Die Gesamtfläche des Grundstücks beträgt 16.400 m2.
Im Seminargebäude sind mobile Trennwandanlagen geplant, die drei Räume im Untergeschoss mit den bestimmten Schallschutz-aufforderungen abtrennen werden. Darüber hinaus erhalten die Toilettenräume die aus dem WC-Trennwandsystem gestalteten Toilettenkabinen.
