Business Oulu is requesting tenders for vocational labour market training (hereinafter referred to as "joint procurement training") to be organised in the employment area of the Oulu region in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The employment area in the Oulu region comprises the following municipalities: Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi and Vaala. Training can be organised for the needs of one employer or in cooperation with several employers. The training is implemented flexibly in a way that suits the company and with scheduling. Option rights may be included in contracts other than Recruitment, Accurate and ChangeTraining contracts concluded from this register. Additional procurement right for two (2) new procurements within three (3) years of the conclusion of the original procurement contract. Additional procurements may be carried out at a lower level than the original procurement.
