Description

The purpose of this contract is the school and extra-school transport service of pupils in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools of the municipalities of Castelfranco Emilia and San Cesario sul Panaro.
In particular, the service shall include:
1. home transport service – school and vice versa to be carried out from pre-determined collection points to educational establishments and vice versa and according to the five routes referred to in Annex A to the special specifications as regards the municipality of Castelfranco Emilia and Annex B to the special specifications as regards the municipality of San Cesario sul Panaro;
2. accompanying and monitoring service on the medium where children of childhood and disabled pupils are present;
3. educational and cultural exits carried out directly or sponsored by the municipalities of Castelfranco Emilia and San Cesario on the Panaro, each for their own area of competence.
Pursuant to Article 37 (2) of Legislative Decree No 163/06, as amended, we would point out that the main service is the one described in point 1, the services referred to in points 2 and 3 constitute secondary services.
The contractor is obliged to purchase 4 (four) coach vehicles owned by the Municipality of Castelfranco Emilia, the technical characteristics of which are set out in the form annexed to the special tender specifications (Annex C), at a total price of EUR 23 000, increased by any value corresponding to the increase offered in the tendering procedure, in addition to the taxes due by law.
It should be noted that used school cars will be offered for sale in their actual state of affairs, free of weights and constraints and as they were viewed by the participants during the tender procedure.
For greater certainty, if the successful tenderer has not offered an increase, the sale of the assets will be EUR 23 000 (EUR twenty thousand).
This contract includes all the tasks and activities set out in the tender specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics set out therein, of which the contractor must have full and accurate knowledge.
