Der ORF hat seit 1997 Software des Herstellers SAP AG im Einsatz. Für den Umstieg auf "SAP H4S4" sind Cloud Services erforderlich. Diese spielen für die Nachfolge des ORF-HR-Moduls eine entscheidende Rolle. Mit Verfahren ORF23026 wurden bereits SAP Sucess Factor Cloud Services erworben und bekanntgemacht. Es wurde somit ein unbefristeter (Folge-)Vertrag über 44 Monate abgeschlossen.
