The EVB-IT contract essentially covers the following range of services: • Configuration and provision of the necessary server architecture for the WG's web offerings taking into account the federal architecture guideline • Migration of all content from www.baua.de taking into account that all existing functionalities are available again without restriction • successive migration of the further web offerings including all functionalities, content and applications into the content management system until 08.04.26 • Hosting and provision of the WG's internet offerings, applications connected to them and the CMS Tremonia DXP (status quo at the conclusion of the contract) • technical maintenance during ongoing operation (availability of 99.5% per year for all web offerings) • continuous conceptual, technical and graphical advice and further development of the existing web offerings over the term of the service contract • Development of new, possibly individual websites and applications (including possibly web apps to be developed), application interfaces and database solutions • Development of client-specific configurations of the CMS or customer-specific extensions of the CMS, CMS, CMS, etc. which are to be made as a requirement to the licensor (manufacturer) • editorial and graphical support of the editorial staff at the AG (editorial support) in filling the web offers • planning and implementation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) • continuous web tracking of all web offers The term of the contract is 48 months after acceptance of the migration of all web offers.
