Asigurarea de servicii de comunicatii electronice in reteaua PTSN-Rețea publică de comutare telefonică, pentru servicii de voce, transmisie/receptie de date pentru toti abonatii autoritatii contractante conform caietului de sarcini. Numar zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 17 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare primite in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Cantitati minime si maxime – conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini.
