Description

Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab (herefter FAB) og Svendborg Kommune (herefter SK) udbyder i nærværende EU-udbud to totalentreprisekontrakter. FAB og SK har indgået samarbejdsaftale om projektering og udførelse af et nyt plejecenter på ejendommen beliggende Sofielund Skovvej, 5700 Svendborg. Det samlede projekt udbydes ved nærværende EU-udbud med to ordregivere (henholdsvis FAB og SK) og to totalentreprisekontrakter (vedrørende henholdsvis almene plejeboliger og servicecenter (servicearealer og aktivitetscentret)). Der indgår følgende Optioner i nærværende udbud: 1) BR-lavenergiklasse 2) Landskabelige elementer 3) Udvalgte bygningsdele.
