Description

As part of the contract, the Contractor will be required to carry out the following modifications to the IT system:
Task 1: Modification of the EU and BSI applications in connection with the new requirements for drawing up the tables of Annexes II and III of Commission Implementing Regulation No 908/2014.
Task 2: Modification of the mechanism for the reclassification of undue amounts not recovered in full (50/50).
Task 3: Modification of the mechanism for creating and updating write-offs in the EBS_EU application.
Task 4: Modification of the mechanism for creating and updating write-offs in the EBS_SGW application.
Task 5: To allow different bank accounts to be allocated to individual Lists of Pay.
Activity 6: Performance of functionalities to handle advance payments under direct support schemes with the adaptation of the data import interface to the EU EBS application.
Activity 7: Modification resulting from a change in the accounting records of revenue.
