Description

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) Sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of the subject of the order listed in the assortment and price annexes number 1.1 -1.42. 2) Creation by the Supplier in the seat of the Ordering Party of a free deposit warehouse for the contract items specified in the assortment and price annexes number 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,12,14,15,17,18,20,21,23,24, 25, 29,35,36,39,40; 3) Free lending to packages No. 1,2,3,4,12 dedicated drives (in the amount specified in the annexes), i.e. complete sets of operating drills with increased power with battery power and cable power. Attachments are required for each drill: for reamers and cutters, for oscillating saw, universal tip. All costs of repairing the equipment (including the cost of shipping the equipment) during the performance of the contract shall be borne by the Lender. 4) For packages no. 3,4,5,7,8,10,11,12,14,15,17,18,25,26,30,33,35,39 the Ordering Party requires free lending of operating instruments (including providing free service). 5) For package No. 1 and 2, the Ordering Party requires free lending of operating instruments (including the provision of free service) and fittings of pans, cartridges and heads. 6) For the package no. 23,29,42, the Ordering Party requires free lending of operating instruments (together with the provision of free service) and fittings for a trial reposition; 7) For packages number 12,13- at the request of the Ordering Party delivery of implants + instruments; 8) For packages number 1,2,6,16,18,22,37,41,42 – at the request of the Ordering Party, delivery of implants + instruments in up to 48 hours. 9) For the package number 7,8,25,27,39 – at the request of the Ordering Party, delivery of the assortment in a maximum time of 48 hours. 10) For package number 40 – at the request of the Ordering Party, delivery of implants + instruments in a maximum time of 72 hours. 11) For package No 26 – the Ordering Party requires the use of a complete arthroscopic tower consisting of: monitor, camera console, light source, arthroscopic console, arthroscopic pump, apparatus trolley with arm and liquid boom, 2 shaver pieces, 2 optical fibers (including the provision of free service) and free lending of a shoulder piercer and screwdriver for the implementation of biosteon screws. 12) For package No 16 – The Ordering Party requires the use of a device for dragging threads to seams free of charge. 13) For package Nos 20 and 22 – The Ordering Party requires the use of a centrifuge free of charge. 14) For package no. 5 and 17 - the Contractor will provide training for medical and nursing staff in the time agreed with the Ordering Party confirmed by a certificate
