Delivery of approximately 560 mg/a (COD active substance) of crude glycerin as a carbon source for the Memmingen group sewage treatment plant in partial quantities on demand during the delivery period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027. The services will be concluded as a framework agreement with several companies from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027. The framework agreement ends at the end of 31.12.2027, or at the maximum release quantity, whichever comes first. For the procurement of the sub-quantities, a separate procurement procedure (so-called mini-competition) for the quantity calls and delivery performance per quarter is carried out on a quarterly basis. The procedural requirements for the organisation of the mini-competitions are laid down in the procurement documents.
