Description

New construction of a partially basement three-storey day care centre with a four-group crèche, a two-group kindergarten and six residential units on the second floor. The building is based on an elastically bedded reinforced concrete floor slab. Furthermore, a development core in STB solid construction is planned for the upper floors. Stairs are manufactured in prefabricated reinforced concrete parts. On the upper floors, the building is planned as a timber construction with cross-laminated timber construction in visual quality.
