Description

Development concession for the construction of the Bordelan ZAC – concession awarded pursuant to Articles R.300-4 to R.300-10 of the Urban Planning Code. The purpose of the contract is to entrust the concessionaire, who will have to ensure a significant share of the economic risk of the creation of a mixed development cluster (economic and port), while strengthening the existing leisure and tourist accommodation offer. The perimeter of the operation is approximately 66 hectares. The assets necessary for the operation are transferred by the Commune d’Anse to the concessionaire for an amount of EUR 2 600 000. The concessionaire is responsible for preparing the file for the implementation of the ZAC, for carrying out all the tasks of conducting and managing the operation, for carrying out all the studies necessary for the implementation of the operation, for carrying out the fitting-out and equipment works (the developer is responsible for managing the operation), and for marketing the developed land.
