The subject of the competition is to select the entity to which the contract for the provision of health services for insured persons and other entitled persons covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice in the following scope: 1. Providing health services in the field of cardiology in the Department of Intensive Cardiac Supervision, during the ordinary ordination of working time and medical duty. 2. Pre-qualification of a deceased donor of eye tissues (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 March 2010 on the detailed method of determining the costs of activities related to the collection, storage, processing, sterilization and distribution of cells, tissues and organs, i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 2093). Benefits will be provided during the ordinary ordination of working time, regular and holiday medical duty. Whenever SWKO or its annexes refer to: Ordinary ordination of working time is understood as the provision of health services on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between hours. 725 - 15 00 or hrs. 700 - 1435. Ordinary duty is understood as medical duty performed in the afternoon and at night on weekdays, i.e. from Monday to Friday is 16 h 25’, i.e. from 1500 to 725 of the following day or from 1435 to 700 of the following day. Christmas duty is understood as medical duty performed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is 24 hours, i.e. from 7 25 to 7 25 of the following day or from 700 to 700 of the following day.
