Description

The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the purchase of paint products for STIB’s vehicle fleet (trams, buses, minibuses, trucks and metro trains), from the base coat to the top coat and related products. Supply of necessary products: - the preparation of surfaces according to the nature of the materials; - painting systems depending on the nature of the materials for complete painting; - paint systems depending on the nature of the materials for repair (paints for brush work or with the paint gun). The products concerned here are among others: coatings, paints (from primer to top coat), cans, mixing cups, varnishes, etc. All products offered that are subject to VOC standards (among other things limiting emissions of volatile organic substances in certain paints and varnishes) and products for vehicle refinishing require approval by our in-house safety services. The paint must be able to be used in paint guns in a paint tunnel, but also with a brush or paint can in case of repair. Paints must be delivered within 72 hours maximum and within 24 hours in case of emergency. The notice already includes a possible extension of the contract for the duration of the framework agreement for other necessary elements that were not initially included in the list of articles of the special specifications. The successful tenderers will then be invited to submit a tender for the additional elements. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 1 contractor.
