Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is: Taking out a long-term loan of PLN 7.500.000.
2.Conditions for granting the credit:
a. The loan will be granted in 2 instalments on the following dates:
— 17 June 2013 PLN 4.000.000
— 8 July 2013 PLN 3.500.000
a. Period of grace for repayment of loan instalments until 30 March 2014;
b. The loan shall be repaid in 40 quarterly instalments payable between 30 March 2014 and 29 December 2023, in accordance with Annex No 5.
