Description

Project management contract for carrying out technical and landscape studies and monitoring the execution of the renovation works on the park and the Diderot course in La Défense (92). The project concerns the renovation of the Diderot park and covers an area of approximately 1.5 hectares. Since the park has never been renovated since its creation in 1994, the de facto desire is to implement the following axes of change:
— restoration and sustainability of the plant frame and green spaces,
— renovation of equipment and workplaces – improvement of accessibility as described and requested in the functional programme.
The estimated financial allocation for works is EUR 2 200 000 excluding tax (April 2013 value). The project supervisor will be entrusted with a basic task within the meaning of Law No 85-704 of 12.7.1985 and its Implementing Decree No 93-1268 of 29.11.1993, as well as additional tasks, as follows: AVP/pro/act/det/visa/AOR/DIAG/OPC. In order forms, consultation assistance services and/or additional studies may be requested. The overall duration of the assignment is estimated at 30 months (full completion year included).
