The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction and modernization of the kitchen in the building of the school food hall, Dolní Loučky 337, 594 55 Dolní Loučky to provide catering at the Elementary School and Kindergarten Dolní Loučky. Reconstruction and modernisation consists in building modifications and the supply and installation of gastronomic equipment, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Tender Document and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 (Schedule of Works, Supplies and Services) and in the binding commercial and contractual terms and conditions, which form Annex 6 to the Tender Document for the relevant part of the public contract as the text of the contract.
