The object of the contract is the creation of a modern digital mechanism of Epidemiological Surveillance (Public Health Surveillance - PHS). The Project composes the framework for the digital operation of the Epidemiological Surveillance Mechanism on the basis of the already defined procedures, standards, organisation and regulatory framework defined by the implementation study of this Law and by the other sub-projects of the Project. The project briefly includes the following distinct actions: 1. Supply, development, installation, configuration and operation of a multi-channel information management and distribution platform (Web, Mobile App, etc.). 2. Integrated platform for the collection, processing and storage of data based on the general architecture of a DataWarehouse for the purpose of producing reports. 3. Digital tools: Data Mining, Intelligent Reporting, Predictive Analytics, Statistical Business Decision Support Packages (STATA: MP 2-Core, Perpetual Licence, SPSS: v18, Base Subscription, Perpetual licence) and Geoinformation Systems (GIS). 4. Elaboration of 3 CAPTURE/RECAPTURE studies to assess the representativeness and pace of the notified data. 5. Conduct a study analysing the need for a national registry of "live" diseases based on COVID experience and international good practices. 6. Implementation and implementation study, training plan and publicity action plan. 7. Educational activities and production of educational content. 8. Design of a workshop to inform, raise awareness and involve stakeholders in the implementation of the Epidemiological Surveillance Mechanism. 9. Planning of a Scientific Conference on Public Health to draw good practices on the operation of the Epidemiological Surveillance Mechanism, with the participation of internationally renowned experts and all stakeholders.
