Description

La Commune de Berre l’étang a décidé de procéder à la construction d’une salle de spectacle. Le programme de cette opération pour lequel la Commune s’est attaché les services d’une Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO) pour les études de faisabilité et de Programmation comporte la création d’une salle de spectacle d'environ 350 places gradables assises. Cette construction prévue au PPI de la mandature sera implantée sur la parcelle AP 194 d’une superficie d’environ 4 500 m² située à proximité du centre-ville rue Terre des hommes. Les objectifs de cette opération sont : - Créer un équipement moderne, modulable, polyvalent et adapté ; - Proposer des espaces spécifiques aux spectacles et concerts adaptés et confortables ; - Définir un espace approprié à l’accueil du public dans des conditions de confort visuel et auditif optimal ; - Donner au site une structure publique culturelle de qualité ; - Mettre en œuvre les exigences environnementales au regard des enjeux techniques et d’exploitation.
