Доставка на автомобил с висока проходимост за нуждите на доброволното формирование за предотвратяване или овладяване на бедствия и пожари и извънредни ситуации и отстраняване на последиците от тях. Конкретните параметри на автомобила са посочени в техническата спецификация, неразделна част от документацията за обществена поръчка.
Предлаганият автомобил следва да е в технически добро и функционално състояние, всички налични системи и функции да са напълно изправни и работещи, с изправна ходова част, да липсват следи от корозия и нарушения по тапицерията на кабината, изправен акумулатор, да отговаря на всички изисквания за регистрация за движение по пътищата на Република България.
