Description

The contract shall include the supply of work shoes (different types) according to their intended use, which are divided into seven lots as follows: Lot 1: Shoes – anti-slip, anti-polluting, acid-alkaline, oil and waterproof shoes, without a protective bomb and protective plate; Lot 2: Shoes – anti-slip, anti-polluting, oil and waterproof, antistatic, with a protective bomb and a protective plate; Lot 3: Shoes – anti-slip, anti-polluting, oil and waterproof, antistatic, no protective bomb and protective plate; Lot 4: Whole shoes – cold proof, anti-slip, anti-polluting, acid-alkaline, oil and waterproof shoes, without a protective bomb and protective plate; Lot 5: Footwear whole (boti/– cold protective, anti-slip, anti-polluting, oil and waterproof, antistatic, protective bomb and protective plate; Lot 6: Footwear whole (boti/– cold protective, anti-slip, anti-polluting, oil and waterproof, antistatic, no protective bomb and protective plate; Lot 7: Cherries sanitary with closed fingers, clamping (‘sabo’ type), with perforation. The description and characteristics of the working shoes of the individual lots are set out in Technical Specification No 23.BIK.TO.471. Supplies will be made in stages if the need arises, upon prior request, for a period of 1 year or until the limit value of the contract is reached. (The contract limit is the estimated value of the lot subject to the contract or the sum of the estimated values of the lots subject to the contract). After the conclusion of the contract, samples of working footwear shall be provided as follows: for lots Nos 1 to 6 inclusive at least three different models, only one sample model may be submitted for lot 7. An EU type-examination certificate shall be submitted together with the samples by a body notified by the EC.
