The object of the public procurement contract is the provision of specialized materials and equipment for practice workshops in vocational education and training (VET) units – Investment line I.14. for a number of 1 VET unit that will be equipped with specialized materials and equipment (for a workshop of printing techniques / carpentry workshop), which will ensure the development of an efficient educational activity laying the foundations of a modern educational infrastructure capable of providing a highly qualified workforce connected with the latest technologies and which promotes a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. The acquisition of specialized materials and equipment for the practice workshops in the vocational education and training (VET) units through the investment line I.14, contributes to the development of the educational infrastructure (material base) of the practice workshops within the vocational education and training units in Iasi County and will facilitate the learning and teaching process by investing in teaching materials, modern specialized equipment, while creating a modern teaching material base necessary for the educational act in Iasi County. Given the large volume of products (diversity, quantity of products requested and addressability of products by type of workshop) covered by this procurement and the need to highlight them on each school (final beneficiary of the investment) led to their lotification and grouping as follows: LOTE 1 - Materials and equipment specific to the endowment of practice workshops - Polygraphic techniques workshop - I.14 LOTUL 2 - Materials and equipment specific to the endowment of practice workshops - Carpentry workshop - I.14 Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, namely the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days. The replies to the requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016.
