Oulun Tilapalvelut is requesting your offer for repair and maintenance services for refrigeration equipment and for maintenance repairs in properties managed by Oulun Tilapalvelut in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The object of the procurement is the repair and maintenance services of refrigeration equipment. The purchase includes the annual maintenance of the equipment, maintenance repairs and new purchases of the equipment to be repaired. The service also includes any necessary spare parts for the equipment to be repaired and serviced, which will be invoiced as realised. A more detailed description of repair and maintenance services is defined in Appendix Service Description (Annex 1). The item-specific equipment list of properties managed by Facility Services is set out in the Apparatus List (Appendix 2). The contract period will be provisionally concluded for the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2026. The total duration of the contract is two (2) years. After the fixed term, it is possible to extend the contract by one (1) + one (1) option period. The agreement will be automatically extended to the option periods if the Subscriber does not separately notify its wish to waive the option periods no later than six (6) months before the beginning of each option period. Stock option periods: first season 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2027 and second season 1.10.2027 - 30.9.2028. The customer does not have a quantity purchase obligation for the service, but repair and maintenance services are procured during the contract period as necessary. During the contract period, equipment/sites may increase or decrease. The Customer has the right to add or remove equipment/items from the contract. The equipment added will comply with the price levels indicated in the bids submitted. The invitation to tender does not include the maintenance of service lines, staff social facilities and refrigeration equipment containing ammonia. The customer also has warranty-maintained equipment, the servicing of which is carried out by the equipment supplier and these are not included in the contract. At the end of the warranty period for new equipment, such equipment will be transferred to this service. It is possible to visit the sites/devices on site. The agreement can also be used in other units of the City of Oulu. The service complies with the terms and conditions of the JYSE 2014 Services.
