Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Tragwerksplanung gemäß §51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 (optional 3-6 und 8) (Grundleistungen und Besondere Leistungen) und gemäß RLBau – Beitrag zur KVM-Bau (LPH 2) – zur Errichtung eines neuen Forschungsgebäudes auf dem Gelände der Hochschule Merseburg zu vergeben.
