Description

The subject of this part of the contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract with an insurance company: • immovable and movable property of the contracting authority, • general liability for damage, • professional liability for damage incurred in connection with the provision of health services (including personal injury or death), in accordance with the specification referenced in Annex 1 — Contracting authority specification for liability and property insurance. The performance also includes the provision of complete service and services in the area of insurance policy management, claims settlement and expert advice for the period of validity of the insurance contract. Part 2 — Vehicle insurance The subject of this part of the contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract with an insurance company for: • Motor third party liability insurance (“mandatory liability”), • Accident insurance for selected vehicles of the contracting authority, in accordance with the specification referenced in Annex 2 — Contracting authority’s vehicle insurance specification. The performance also includes the provision of services and servicing in the area of administration, settlement of claims and advice for the duration of the insurance contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude a separate insurance contract for each part of the public contract. Insurance contracts will be concluded for an indefinite period under the terms and conditions set out in the draft contract.
