Description

The project consists of the restructuring of the building at 12 rue de Monceau, with a view to developing around 22 social housing units (SDP 1 690 m²) and 3 commercial premises (SDP 220 m²). It is a building of a heritage nature in 30 with a U-shaped shape on the street and courtyard. The building body running on rue de Monceau is R + 6, while the rear part has R + 7. It has two stairwells and a lift, approximately 250 m² of floor area per level. The project must be part of a general environmental approach and meet the requirements of the Paris Climate Plan and the environmental certifications issued by Cerqual.
