Description

Evida initiated a major LOSB programme (Act on Enhanced Preparedness - formerly NIS2 programme) in 2024 in order to meet the requirements under the Act on Enhanced Preparedness and Order No 260 of 6/3-2025 on Resilience and Preparedness, and with a focus on enhancing security, as well as ensuring that overall maturity is lifted in the company (the ‘Security of Supply Programme’). The security of supply programme for the implementation of the requirements under the Act on Reinforced Preparedness and Order No 260 of 6/3-2025 on Resilience and Preparedness in the Energy Sector is now entering the next phase; anchoring in the organization, mitigation and compliance. This is very important for Evida as an orga-nisation. Greater demands will be placed on access to resources, more cross-disciplinary professional dependencies and the implementation of new methods within risk management and management. In this context, Evida needs external assistance that has experience in dealing with such managerial and organisational changes, and possesses the professional experience that can help the organization achieve the desired value of this implementation and compliance with the requirements of the law on strengthened preparedness and response and Order No 260 of 6/3-2025 on resilience and preparedness in the energy sector. The security of supply programme will be based on different work streams associated with different disciplines, with a focus on anchoring the identified activities, building new functions and complying with the requirements and directions agreed in the organisation. The framework agreement will be awarded to one (1) supplier.
