Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Provision of electricity transmission services through the energy network owned by the Contractor, i.e. Tauron Distribution Spółka Acyjna, ul. 65L, 30-390 Kraków, Tarnów branch, ul. Lwowska 72-96b, 33-100 Tarnów’.
2. The scope of the contract covers the following activities:
(1) transmission of the TAURON electricity distribution network,
(2) maintaining the continuity and reliability of electricity supply,
(3) maintenance of electricity quality parameters and quality standards,
4. clearing according to metering and settlement systems,
(5) to make available to the Contracting Authority (Consumer) an electronic model for the notification of a contract for the sale of electricity,
Operating and maintaining with due care the distribution network equipment, including connection equipment, in the part owned by TAURON,
Conclusion on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority (Consumer) of a contract for the transmission of energy
electricity with an energy supplier, selected on the basis of the provisions of the Public Procurement Act and in accordance with the authorisation given by the Contracting Authority, in the event of the cessation of the supply of electricity by a seller chosen by the customer.
