Description

Billund Municipality hereby offers a contract for the supply of gravel materials to Billund Municipality. The tendered contract covers the supply of six different types of unbound gravel materials: Road gravel grain size 0 – 16 mm. St. gravel II grain size 0 – 32 mm. Edge gravel grain size 0 – 22 mm. Crushed grey granite chippings 0 – 16 mm. Stone flour for paths, crushed flour grain size 0 - 2 mm. Washed sand 0 - 4 mm. Deliveries under the contract are exclusively to Billund Municipality's equipment farms or depots, where there are good access and unloading conditions. Deposits may be created, moved or removed during the term of the contract. If this happens, any new locations will be automatically included in the contract. All materials must be delivered at Tårnvej 30, 7200 Grindsted. Billund Municipality does not undertake to purchase a certain quantity, as the volume depends on the existing needs and financial allocations at any time. A contract is concluded with one supplier. The contract period is from 01 January 2027 until 31 December 2030 inclusive. Billund Municipality then has the possibility to extend the contract on the same terms twice á one year.
