Description

The subject of the contract is to develop a multi-optional concept for the construction of the Al Street. Independence in Białystok from Al. Jana Pawła II (without node) for intersection with Hetmańska Street, with no-colliatory junction of streets: Al. Independence and Ks. J. Popiełuszki and crossing the tracks in Ks Street. J. Popiełuszki towards Jeżewa with the passage through the track in ul. Klepacka (Klepack node) towards Klepacz. The purpose of the concept is to provide a solution for the height and situation of the existing armaments on the basis of which the Contracting Authority will request the technical conditions of the individual gestures of the network.
The designer should carry out a site visit in order to take into account all the conditions that have a significant impact on the pricing of offers, as well as the proposed design solutions of the concept.
