The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) collecting municipal waste from property owners who are part of the municipal waste management system organized by the Association (i.e. residential properties and properties that are partly real estate on which residents live, and partly real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated - so-called mixed real estate), which consists of three municipalities: − Chrzanów − Libiąż − Trzebinia 2) receiving expired medicines and waste batteries and accumulators from designated points in the Union; 3) transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected from property owners (waste code 20 03 01) to the Municipal Installation run by Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Balina, ul. Głogów 75; 4) transport of paper and cardboard packaging collected from property owners (waste code 15 01 01) to the installation carried out by STENA Recycling Sp. z o.o. in Siemianowice Śląskie, ul. M. Konopnicka 11; 5) transport of glass packaging collected from property owners (waste code 15 01 07) to the installation run by SAR Recykling Sp. z o.o. in Siemianowice Śląskie, ul.
