Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” polegających na budowie budynku Centrum klinicznego B+R medycyny i hodowli zwierząt oraz ochrony klimatu.
2. Przedmiot umowy będzie realizowany w następujący sposób:
Etap I – wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem ostatecznej decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę,
Etap II- wykonanie robót budowlanych, opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej wraz z uzyskaniem ostatecznej decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie.
Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został szczegółowo określony w rozdziale III SWZ
