Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlano – instalacyjnych związanych z przebudową i modernizacją 2 sal operacyjnych (sala nr 1 i 2) w ramach Bloku Operacyjnego Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w pawilonie B II piętro w ramach przedsięwzięcia „Rozwój infrastruktury diagnostyki i leczenia onkologicznego Szpitala Wojewódzkiego im. Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Łomży”, finansowanego z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności – komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia”, inwestycji D1.1.1 Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych na podstawie zawartej umowy nr.KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0209/24/KPO/147/2025/105 w zakresie zadania 1. Przebudowa i modernizacja 2 sal operacyjnych w ramach Bloku Operacyjnego. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załączniku nr 11 do SWZ, Dokumentacja Projektowa stanowi Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ.
