Germany-Leipzig: Pipeline-design services
ONTRAS plans to redeploy FGL 91 DN 300, DP 25 (66 km) and FGL 92 DN 300, DP 25 (35 km), including all ancillary installations. The FGLs run from Stralsund via Dersekow to Neubrandenburg. In the existing path, the pipelines are to be replaced as needed (deep cutting in the event of undercoverage or in areas with special protection needs, according to quantitative risk assessment). The whole path shall be considered: sections that have already been rehabilitated shall be assessed according to their condition and moltenability. In case of a positive assessment, these sections will remain, otherwise a new transfer will be carried out. Existing piping bridges above ditches shall be replaced by nozzles, road crossings shall be rehabilitated and existing line tap assemblies shall be adapted to the ONTRAS factory standard. In addition, a concept to optimise the location of the 16 line tap assemblies should be developed and the automation of selected taps and taps should be taken into account.
