The subject of the invitation to tender is project management services for the renovation of a residential building from the early 1970s. The residential estate is divided into two, west and east of the Neuköllner road, separate building complexes with a total of 17 buildings, some of which are shared by stairwells. The building complexes consist of 239 residential and 5 commercial units, with a total of 15 439 m² of residential and 2 004 m² of commercial land built in three to seven solid buildings. The residential facility continues to include a separate car park with 90 parking spaces. The design, tendering and advice and preparation of the award of the works will be developed by a qualified architectural/engineer’s office with experience in rehabilitating houses of similar construction and similar damage, and will be gradually commissioned.
