1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych do 1WSzKzP SP ZOZ w Lublinie zgodnie z ofertą cenową i szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia wyspecyfikowanym w Załącznikach nr 1.1-1.9 do SWZ. 2. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 9 zadań: Zadanie nr 1 – Płyny wieloelektrolitowe, infuzyjne, do irygacji oraz preparaty osoczozastępcze Zadanie nr 2 – Płyny infuzyjne natrium chloratum I Zadanie nr 3 – Płyny infuzyjne Glukoza + Natrium Chloratum Zadanie nr 4 – Płyny infuzyjne natrium chloratum II Zadanie nr 5 – Płyny wieloelektrolitowe, infuzyjne I Zadanie nr 6 – Zieleń indocyjaninowa Zadanie nr 7 – Płyny wieloelektrolitowe, infuzyjne II Zadanie nr 8 – Płyny infuzyjne glukoza 250ml Zadanie nr 9 – Produkt leczniczy do terapii plamki żółtej 3.
