Description

4.1 The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, rental, maintenance and dismantling of Christmas lighting decorations and summer decorations not owned by the Ordering Party, including: 3D spatial decoration standing on the pavement, in the form of a Christmas tree - 3D spatial decoration standing on the pavement, in the form of large figures of fairy-tale characters or referring to artistic or literary creativity associated with the Christmas period - 3D spatial decoration standing on the pavement, in the form of a photo frame for taking commemorative photos - 3D spatial installation set on the pavement in the form of a Venetian Rotating Carousel - Arrangement of 3D spatial decorations set on the pavement, creating a fairy-tale arrangement of spatial figures associated with the Christmas period - 3D lantern decoration mounted to the lantern mast, in the form of hanging festive ornaments. For example, in the shape of baubles, gifts, or other elements of decoration associated with the Christmas period - 3D spatial decoration standing on the pavement, in the form of a promotional inscription with spatial letters with the content referring to the marketing slogans of the City - Arrangement of 3D spatial decorations set on the pavement, in the form of a Christmas tunnel - Lantern decorations, around the masts of the lantern on plot No. 209/20 area P-7 ul. Longer than 26/28. (Illumination is valid only in the period from 01.12.2025 to 10.01.2026) - Spatial decoration standing within the fountain on plot No. 209/20 area P-7 ul. Longer than 26/28. (Illumination is valid only in the period from 01.12.2025 to 10.01.2026) - Summer decoration of light garlands from LED bulbs on the masts of the lighthouse on the section of ul. Piotrkowska from al. Mickiewicz to Pl. Freedom of speech. - Summer spatial decoration hanging above the street in the given locations hung between pairs of lantern poles. 1 st. Piotrkowska/Piłsudski; 2. ul. Piotrkowska/Struga; 3. ul. Piotrkowska/6th August; 4. ul. Piotrkowska/pl. Freedom of speech. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex No 1 to the FTZ and in the model contract in Annex No 7 to the FTZ. from the date of conclusion of the contract until 20.11.2028. Installation of Christmas light decoration until - at the latest on 29 November (each of the 3 consecutive periods of the contract); The date of launching the Christmas light decoration on 1 December (each of the 3 consecutive contract periods); (it is possible to postpone the start date max. by 3 calendar days only with the consent of the Ordering Party). Deadline for the exclusion and dismantling of Christmas lights – from 2 to 14 February (each of the 3 consecutive contract periods). Date of installation of summer light decoration: by 30 May at the latest (each of the 3 consecutive durations of the contract); The date of launching the summer light decoration; on 1 June (each of the 3 consecutive durations of the contract); (it is possible to postpone the start date max. by 3 calendar days only with the consent of the Ordering Party). The date of switching off and dismantling of summer light decoration; from 15 to 20 November (each of the three consecutive contract periods). 5. INFORMATION ON THE PROVIDING MEASURES IN QUESTION In order to confirm that the offered indicator of the controller reducing energy consumption complies with the required characteristics specified in the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders, the Contracting Authority requests that the evidence in question be submitted together with the tender in the form of technical sheets and tests carried out by the relevant institute or person with technical qualifications or another document from which the offered indicator of the controller reducing energy consumption results in the criterion for the evaluation of tenders ‘Environmental aspects’. Failure to provide the above-mentioned evidence will result in the Contractor obtaining 0 points in the criterion ‘Environmental aspects’. The evidence in question is not to be supplemented in accordance with Article 107(1)(b) CTMR. 3 of the PPL Act. 40. FINAL INFORMATION 40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide: 40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2. submission of an offer conditional on the Contractor's carrying out an on-site inspection or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority (Art. 2 of the Public Procurement Act) verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority; 40.1.3. submission of variants and partial tenders; 40.1.4. settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.5. electronic auction 40.1.6. reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings; 40.1.7. the requirement or possibility of submitting tenders in the form of electronic catalogues· or attaching electronic catalogues to the tender; 40.1.8. award of contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. 40.1.9. the possibility of exercising the right of option on the basis of Article 441 of the PPL 40.2, the Employer did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure. 40.3 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded agreement - issues relating to the agreement are regulated in the model agreement Annex 8 to the FTZ
