The purpose of the framework agreement is to lay down the terms governing subsequent contracts to be awarded for the performance of the following services: - The task of urban planner-coordinator; - Project management tasks on infrastructure works in public spaces; - Assistance missions to urban, architectural, landscape, environmental and technical project management. The project management mission covers the development of public spaces as defined in the programme and includes the following services and will be specified in subsequent contracts resulting from this framework agreement: - AVP: Preliminary studies - PRO: Project studies - WFD: Drawing up of the business consultation file - ACT: Assistance to the contracting authority in the award of works contracts - VISA: Examination of compliance of execution studies and their endorsement - DET: Directorate for the Execution of Works - AOR: Assistance with acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion - DOE: Preparation of the file on works carried out - OPCU: Pilotage and Urban Coordination The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of 350000.
