Description

The subject-matter of the public contract to be awarded shall be the acquisition of: Reagents, Laboratory Supplies, external control services necessary for the proper performance of the activity within the Medical Analysis Laboratory of SCJU Constanta. The laboratory reagents and consumables that are the subject of these specifications are absolutely indispensable for the performance of the medical act, which is why their acquisition is imperative for the accomplishment of a successful medical act. Lot 1: Discs Antibiogram LOT 2: Identification kits, rapid tests, dyes, LOT 3 laboratory materials: REACTIVES FOR VITEK MICROBIOLOGY AND LOT BACTALERT 4 ANALYSIS: LOT 5 CULTURE MEDICINES: Reagents and materials for the Urit 1320 LOT 6 analyser: Reagents and materials for Vidas LOT 7 analyser: PCR — Reagent Kits and PCR Consumables for CFX LOT 8 analyser: PCR- Panel Kits for Multiple Pathogens/Resistant Genes Identification for CFX96 LOT 9 Analyzer: Nucleic acid extraction reagents for MagCore LOT 10 analyser: Extraction and amplification reagents for Exiprep, Exicycler analyzers The minimum and maximum quantities of the Framework Agreement are outlined in the Task Specifications. The quantity of the largest subsequent contract for each lot is highlighted in the Specifications. Deadline for requesting clarifications to the tender documentation: 18 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders . In accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice.
