Description

The Main-Kinzig-Kreis (MKK, represented by the Hazard Prevention Center, Barbarossastraße 16-24, in 63571 Gelnhausen) intends to have a rescue station built in the municipality of Sinntal, district of Mottgers, in order to provide rescue services to the population in the Ostlandkreis. For this purpose, a buildable plot of land is available on the parcels 70 and 70/1 (Flur 15) at Landesstraße 2304, which are still to be combined. The building plot has a total size of about 1500sqm. The construction of a single-storey building is planned as a rescue station with 2 adjustment plates for ambulances (RTW). In addition to the functional rooms for disinfection and hygiene, the office and lounge areas as well as relaxation rooms for six people are to be planned. The operation of the ambulance is scheduled 24/7/365. The room requirements resulting from DIN 13049 for lifeguards must be taken into account in the planning and coordinated with the client. In the outdoor and open space planning, at least 6 car parking spaces for the rescue service personnel must be proven. In addition to the applicable building law requirements, the workplace law regulations must already be taken into account in the construction design phase and, if necessary, clarified with the competent authorities. The planning goal is a functional rescue station with favorable road connections within the building. This must be taken into account when arranging the rooms. For further project description, see also Annexes 1 (plan excerpt, photos) and 2 (sample/comparative object). The subject of the procedure is the award of services of property planning for buildings and interiors, service phases 1-9, in accordance with § 34 HOAI. The services are based on the basic services in the performance diagram of the buildings and interiors of ‘Annex 10 (to § 34(4), § 35(7)) Basic services in the performance diagram of buildings and interiors, special services, object lists’ of the HOAI 2021. An excerpt from the HOAI is attached as Annex 3 to these application conditions. However, the performance profile of the planner (basic services) is to be assessed with less effort than usual in the following areas: - No fire protection certificate has to be drawn up for the construction project. This template is produced and handed over by the builder. - The room program and minimum requirements for the size of rooms are already defined by the applicable standard DIN 13049. - There is a sample for the construction task, which may only be adapted to the existing building plot as a planning basis (compare Appendices 1 and 2).
