Description

This open invitation to tender concerns the rental and installation of equipment and lighting for festivities and ceremonies. Public contract with order forms within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code (framework agreement within the meaning of the Community) paid on the basis of a unit price schedule. The contract shall be concluded without a minimum and no maximum, for a period of 1 year, renewable 3 times, but may not exceed 4 years. It will be awarded to a single undertaking or to a joint and several temporary consortium of undertakings. As an indication, the contract will take effect on 29 April 2012. The presumed value of orders that may be placed throughout the duration of the contract is EUR 900 000,00 (excl. tax).
