Description

Die Klassik Stiftung Weimar (KSW) plant die „Denkmalgerechte Instandsetzung und museale Neukonzeption“ des „Ensemble Goethes Wohnhaus“. Das Ensemble ist Teil des Goethe-Nationalmuseums, steht unter Denkmalschutz und gehört zum UNESCO-Welterbe „Klassisches Weimar“. Im Zuge der Instandsetzung sollen die Nutzungen teilweise neu geordnet und die Gebäude an einen zeitgemäßen technischen und musealen Standard angepasst werden.
Zwei der Kernaufgaben der Klassik Stiftung liegen in der Erhaltung der ihr übertragenen Liegenschaften und Objekte für die Nachwelt und in ihrer zeitgemäßen Interpretation, Erschließung und Vermittlung für die Öffentlichkeit. Unter diesen Aspekten ist auch die Planungsaufgabe der Objektplanung für Gebäude und Innenräume entsprechend HOAI 2021 §34 ff zu betrachten.
