Description

Hankinnan kohteena on tasevirhesäätäjä (TAVIS) -järjestelmän ylläpitopalvelun jatkaminen. Järjestelmä on otettu käyttöön vuonna 2020 toteutetun projektisopimuksen perusteella, johon sisältyi määräaikainen ylläpito. Nykyinen ylläpitosopimus on voimassa 30.9.2026 saakka. Hankinnassa uusitaan järjestelmän ylläpitosopimus viiden (5) vuoden määräajalle. Ylläpito sisältää järjestelmän jatkuvan 24/7-tuen sekä säännölliset vuosittaiset päivitykset.
