Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of a service for the management of mixed municipal waste, biodegradable waste, including bio-waste and bulky waste, in the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018, at the regional plant for the treatment of municipal waste – Zakład Zagodarenie Odpadów Sp. z o.o. in Marszów.
The contractor will perform the contracts in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular:
(a) the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2016, item 1987, as amended),
(b) by Resolution No XXX/281/12 of the Lubuskie Provincial Assembly of 10 September 2012 on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for Lubuskie Province 2012-2017 with a view to 2020 (Journal Office Voivodship Lubus. 2012.1835 and 2012.2866) and amending Resolution No IV/39/15 of 9 February 2015 and Resolution No XXIX/449/17 of 10 April 2017 on the implementation of the Update of the Provincial Waste Management Plan.
