SERVICES OF SUBSTANCES
The subject of the procurement is the scheduled public passenger transport service in municipal transport in the administrative area of the City of Šibenik in accordance with the Municipal Economy Act (NN Nos 68/18 and 110/18 and 32/20,145/24– hereinafter: Municipal Economy Act), the Road Transport Act (Narodne novine (NN; Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia) Nos 41/18, 98/19, 30/21, 89/21,114/22,136/24), the Decision on the establishment of zones in municipal regular passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik and the Decision on public regular passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik. The Decision on the establishment of zones in municipal regular passenger transport in the area of the City of Šibenik covers settlements from the area of the City of Šibenik, in the sense that 6 (six) lines of municipal regular passenger transport are envisaged, namely: • LINE 201 and 201A - AK Šibenik- Jadrtovac- Grebaštica- Brnjača • LINE 301 and 301A - AK ŠIBENIK-DUBRAVA -DANILO-SLIVNO-SITNO DONJE . LINIJA 401 AK ŠIBENIK- JADRIJA • LINIJA 501 I 501A -AK ŠIBENIK-VRPOLJE-BORAJA-LEPENICA An overview of lines with operational indicators, line diagrams as well as technical specifications of the equipment of buses are included in Annex 1 of this Tender documentation and form an integral part of this Tender documentation. There are 2 types of timetables - summer and winter. CPV subject code: - 60112000-8 Public transport services by road Buses to be operated by the bidder must be in a recognisable orange colour. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to provide certain lines specified in the Procurement Document as well as in the Technical Specifications - Annex 1. Take over the procurement documents before the contract expires. The amount of the subject of the procurement is apparent from the attached Cost Statement. In accordance with Art. 4, para. 1, point 2 Rules on procurement documents and tenders in public procurement procedures. In the procurement procedure at issue, the contracting authority determined the (indicative) quantity of the subject matter of the contract. The quantity actually procured may be greater or less than the quantity envisaged. The envisaged quantity of the subject matter of the procurement is determined because, due to the nature of the subject matter of the procurement, the Contracting Authority cannot know in advance with certainty the exact quantities for which the need will arise during the duration of the framework agreement.
