Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of photographic lenses to cameras previously purchased as part of the project, which are an addition to the existing practice practice studio and a transport suitcase for lenses. The purchase complements the previously acquired equipment, increasing the efficiency of its use. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 6 to the FTZ, which is also a description of the equipment offered. 3. The tender must cover the entire contract, the Employer does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. 4. The partial offer will constitute an offer that does not comply with the terms of the contract and will be rejected, in accordance with Art. 1 point 5 of the PPL Act.
