The street-sweeper is designed to be able to remove debris and resistances, thus preventing accidents, ensuring safe movement for pedestrians and motor vehicles. With the help of rotating brushes and the suction system, it can collect leaves from the strata, pavements or car parks. This machine can also be adapted and used in winter for snow removal, sand removal and salt after snow cleaning. B. In accordance with Article 160 (2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the Contracting Authority shall respond clearly and in full to all requests for clarisation/additional information on 10 – the day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. If these time limits end on non-working days, the Contracting Authority will reply on the last working day before that deadline.
